The NMIMS Competency Assessment is a second-stage evaluation conducted before the Personal Interview (PI) at the NMIMS Mumbai Campus. It assesses critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and managerial skills through multiple-choice questions in three sections: Verbal ability, Decision Making and Managerial ability.

# Managerial Ability focuses on Problem-solving in management scenarios and Decision-making questions.

Do not expect it to be just Verbal reasoning, it is expected to be a more than just a verb reasoning.

Verbal Ability: Practice reading comprehension and critical reasoning questions similar to those found in CAT exams.
Mental Ability: Focus on logical reasoning puzzles and critical reasoning exercises.
Managerial Ability: Study decision-making scenarios (XAT exam).
