The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national-level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to MBA/PGDM programs in over 1,300 business schools across India. CMAT scores are used by various AICTE-approved institutions to select candidates for their management programs.

- Scoring: Each correct answer is awarded 4 marks, and there is a negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.
- Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours).

- Total Score: The maximum score is 400 marks.
- Percentile: Candidates are given percentile rankings based on their performance relative to other test-takers.
Test Availability:
- Frequency: CMAT is conducted once a year, usually in January.
- Cost: The registration fee for CMAT is typically around ₹2,000 for general category candidates and ₹1,000 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.
Selection Process:
